JENNIFER is a product of the Whitehaven working student program. She began by taking riding lessons at the farm, then becoming a working student/intern and finally employee before attending Meredith Manor. We are excited to have her back as our beginner/intermediate level-riding instructor – in addition to teaching she will be coordinating our summer camps, our new 4-H program, our new interscholastic team, and a handful of other equestrian related programs.

While at Meredith Manor, Jennifer was a versatility major riding Western, Jumping, and Dressage. During her two intense years in school, she studied Riding Instruction for four quarters, receiving her level I Teaching certification. In addition to riding instruction, Jennifer also spent four quarters in Training classes to receive her level I Training certification, as well as studying equine anatomy and is certified in Equine Sports Massage. Additional areas of study included Horse Health, Equine Reproduction, and Introductory Farrier. During Jennifer's last quarter at school she participated in a Barn Management class. As part of that class she was put in a three-person team to run one of the many barns on campus.
